OVERVIEW

Welcome to [PokeMove]. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our specialized "First Edition" collectibles and interactive plush toys. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to [Store Name]. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our specific After-Sales Notice.


SECTION 1 - PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & AUTHENTICITY

  • Authenticity: We specialize in "First Edition" Bandai PokéKyun Series models, including Chikorita, Bayleef, and Floatzel.

  • Materials: All products are manufactured using high-quality polyester and polyurethane fiber.

  • Mechanical Mechanism: Our plush toys contain an internal mechanical spinning system. As "Finished Goods," these items are ready for display or play upon arrival.

  • Age Grading: These products are certified for collectors and users aged $14+$ years.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF REPRESENTATION

  • Visuals: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products accurately. However, actual product colors may vary slightly from the images due to lighting, monitor settings, or camera calibration.

  • Minor Imperfections: Due to the nature of factory-finished collectibles, small paint or color variations are considered normal and are not categorized as manufacturing defects.

SECTION 3 - ORDERING & INVENTORY LOCK

  • Inventory Management: Order submission does not guarantee purchase success. Inventory is locked for the earliest paid orders only. If payment is not completed promptly, your order may fail due to inventory depletion.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer to any person or geographic region.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & EXTERNAL PACKAGING

  • Condition of Packaging: We ship all items in their "Original Package". While the internal product is protected, please note that the outer box may sustain minor cosmetic damage during transit; this does not affect the eligibility of the internal collectible.

  • Title of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the product is transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 5 - MANDATORY AFTER-SALES PROTOCOL

To protect the integrity of our "First Edition" inventory, all customers must adhere to the following:

  • Unboxing Video: A continuous, full-screen unboxing video is mandatory for any after-sales service or claims.

  • No Returns for Opened Collectibles: Due to the nature of "Blind Box" and figure collectibles, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the factory seal is broken.

  • 90-Day Guarantee: We provide a 90-day satisfaction guarantee specifically covering the internal mechanical spinning mechanism of the product.

SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of Bandai/Baokemeng; (c) to submit false or misleading information regarding product defects.
