Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

1. 15-Day Return Window
Our standard return policy lasts 15 days from the date your item is delivered. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. This policy complies with international consumer protection standards, including the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
NO VIDEO = NO AFTER-SALES SERVICE. To protect both the buyer and the seller against fraudulent claims or shipping damages, all customers must record a continuous, full-screen unboxing video starting from the moment the shipping package is opened.

The video must clearly show the shipping label.

The video must be unedited and show the product being removed from the box.

This video is strictly required to evaluate any claims regarding manufacturing defects in the internal spinning mechanism or "Finished Goods" grade.
3. Eligibility and Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with all original tags.

Original Packaging: It must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging. For collectible figures and blind boxes, once the factory seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return as it loses its "First Edition" value.

Minor Imperfections: Small variations in paint or color and minor cosmetic wear to the outer shipping box are considered normal for transit and do not qualify as "damaged" goods.
4. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a specific 90-Day Guarantee focusing on the mechanical functionality of your plush. If the internal spinning mechanism fails under normal use within 90 days of purchase, please contact us for a professional evaluation.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items purchased during a "Flash Sale" or using gift cards are final sale.

Opened Collectibles: Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
6. Return Process

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is confirmed defective via the unboxing video. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
