1. Processing Time & Inventory Lock

Priority Fulfillment: Please complete your payment promptly; our system locks inventory for the earliest paid orders only.

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted and your payment is processed.
2. Shipping Origin & Methods

Origin: All items are shipped directly from our specialized fulfillment center in China (CN Origin) to ensure you receive the latest PokéKyun Series releases.

Packaging: Every plush is shipped in its Original Package to preserve its "First Edition" value.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days.

Delays: Please note that all delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, we will provide a tracking number via email.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the item is with the carrier.
5. Condition of Packaging Upon Arrival

Protective Shipping: While we ensure the internal plush is safe, the outer box may sustain minor cosmetic wear or damage during international transit.

Collectibility: This minor external wear is considered normal and does not qualify the item as "defective," as the internal "Finished Good" remains protected.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to their order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country.
7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service immediately.
